The VBOA submits a biennial report every other year to the Governor’s Office and the General Assembly. The reports are filled with agency and Board member information, significant accomplishments, financial summaries and enforcement statistics.
Renewal season closed June 30. Unrenewed individual and firm CPA licenses are now expired and must be reinstated.
As of July 1, 2026, all CPAs approved for Inactive or Emeritus status must include the respective qualifier in their title. Read more here.
